This Privacy Policy explains how the Sissy Administrator Discord bot ("the bot", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with the service or its dashboard.
By using the bot or dashboard, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
The bot collects the minimum data required for its features to function.
1.1 Discord metadata
- Server IDs
- Channel IDs
- Role IDs
- User IDs
- Usernames and nicknames
These are used solely for server configuration, role assignment, and bot functionality.
1.2 User actions
- Accepting rules
- Selecting roles in questionnaires
- Completing onboarding steps
- Earning activity points (when enabled by server admins)
1.3 Message content (automod only)
The bot does not store or log messages permanently. Message content is scanned temporarily only if automod rules require it (for example, banned words or link checks). Once processed, the content is discarded.
2. How we use your information
- Assigning roles
- Managing onboarding flows
- Running automation features
- Maintaining leaderboards and activity scores
- Saving server configuration via the dashboard
We do not sell, share, or monetize your data.
3. Data storage
Only necessary configuration data is stored, such as:
- Selected roles
- Channel assignments
- Automod settings
- Custom rules text
Message content is never stored unless your server explicitly configures a logging channel.
4. Data security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect stored data. However, no system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
5. What we do not collect
- Email addresses
- Password data
- Direct messages (DMs)
- Sensitive personal information
- IP addresses
Note: Your hosting provider may log technical data automatically, but the bot does not personally collect or store it.
6. Data sharing
Data is only shared under the following circumstances:
- To comply with a valid legal request
- To prevent harm, abuse, or security threats
7. Children under 18
The bot is intended for adults (18+). It does not knowingly interact with minors. If you believe a minor is using the service, please contact a server administrator.
8. Your rights
You may request data removal or a server reset by contacting the bot owner. Server administrators may also remove the bot at any time, which stops future data collection.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as features evolve. Continued use of the bot means you accept any updated terms.
